Restaurant Revitalization Fund

For Small Businesses

The U.S. Small Business Administration is awarding funding through the Restaurant Revitalization Fund that provides direct relief funds to restaurants and hard-hit food establishments that have experienced economic distress and significant operational losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This program will provide restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Restaurant Revitalization Fund recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11, 2023.

As a quick Restaurant Revitalization Fund update, on April 30, 2021, the SBA will begin accepting applications open to any eligible establishment until the program's funds of $28.6 billion are exhausted. Due to the anticipated popularity of the program, we expect the program's funding to be spent quickly. Our Firm can help small businesses determine their eligibility, prepare the required documentation, and review their application documents to make sure the SBA has everything they need to approve your application.
