SBA GUARANTY PURCHASE PACKAGES

Kresser, Corona & Associates has submitted hundreds of pre-purchase and post-purchase packages on behalf of our clients over the years. Our Firm prepares and submits the guaranty purchase package using SBA’s required 10 Tabs format. Because of our extensive experience in preparing the guaranty purchase packages, we can identify deficiencies and in most cases are able to rectify them prior to submittal to minimize any potential repair or denial of your guaranty.

Often during the review process, the SBA makes numerous inquiries and findings prior to approval. In many cases, inexperienced personnel can become overwhelmed and could make it difficult to protect your guaranty. Kresser, Corona & Associates will follow up on all inquiries and communications with the SBA on your behalf until your guaranty has been approved.
